Color Change

I wanted to know it might be illegal. Programs such as model change are out and model edit. But wanted to know if there is such a mod where i can change eye color, and let other people see it.

Who cares about something as insignificant as eye color.... You can hardly even see your characters eyes, and I garuntee you if you were to change them, not a single person would notice, ever.

If no one cares about something as insignificant as eye color, why would you think they care about your smaller answer?
He/she obviously cares.
However, I do not think there is a mod that allows you to change the look of your toon. Too dangerous.

All mods and programs to change color / skin / etc are client side only - meaning - only you will see it. You cannot change data on a Blizz server, but you can change it on your pc.

Changing the data files also violates the EULA, and you run the risk of ending up with your account banned (One of the things the Warden *does* is checks the validity of the WoW datafiles).

Indeed. Tinkering with the MPQs to enact such changes on your side only is potentially bannable, not by intent but the need to keep the core datafiles as set, as if anyone could mess around with the data files, they could give themselves a major advantage, such as changing the flag model used to another file given the old file location and name. These things are kept preserved and protected in order to simply keep things level and as intended. Messing around with them will probably get the account banned when it is detected.
