The mage class in its current form is practically unplayable. You have pigeonholed us into one viable spec and taken away all of the defense of that spec.

It taught many people some things. For those that were thinking, "oh I don't really need vent/omen", it taught them why they indeed do need it. It taught a bunch of people humility in that, yes you're level 70 but you can't own everything and need to learn to work together to complete a task. It taught the officers of the guild who listens, who is trying and willing to learn, and who doesn't know when to shut the hell up. It was an interesting and learning experience to say the least.

Indeed. Tinkering with the MPQs to enact such changes on your side only is potentially bannable, not by intent but the need to keep the core datafiles as set, as if anyone could mess around with the data files, they could give themselves a major advantage, such as changing the flag model used to another file given the old file location and name. These things are kept preserved and protected in order to simply keep things level and as intended. Messing around with them will probably get the account banned when it is detected.
